• When publishing work using this voicebank, you are required to state the name of the voicebank.
• It is not necessary to state the name of this voicebank's author.
• When attributing the name or author of this voicebank, you must write the names exactly as written: UtaUtaUtau. You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author.

Usage Content

The following types of content are prohibited:

• Sexual content

• Religious content
• Criminal/illegal content
• Explicit underage sexual content
• Bigotry/hateful content

Character and Artwork

• Published work using the voicebank may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank character.
• The pictures provided in this website can be used without prior permission from the individual artist. When doing so, you must attribute the artist of the illustration used.

Commercial Use

Contact the author for individual approval to use this voicebank commercially.

Editing

• You cannot edit the voicebank's audio files.
• You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files.
• You are free to port the UTAU voicebanks to singing synthesizers other than UTAU with the exception of AI-based synthesizers like DiffSinger and RVC.
• You are permitted to use the source audio of this voicebank outside of singing synthesizers, such as for music production or video production.

Audio Outputs

• You are free to share rendered outputs created with any voicebank.
• You are free to use rendered outputs as reference audio for voice changers.
• You are not allowed to use any rendered outputs for training any AI-based synthesizer even after modification.

Redistribution

• Before any voicebank is discontinued, you may only redistribute the voicebank in its entirety, without any changes, with correct attribution of the voicebank name and author.
• After any voicebank is discontinued, you are free to redistribute part or whole of this voicebank in any way, with or without edits, as long as you correctly attribute the voicebank name and author, and clearly state any changes you have made.
